Band Camp 2009 Registration is NOW OPEN!

All the information you need to register for band camp and audition for the 2009 edition of The Marching Virginians is now available here! All forms are in PDF format and can be downloaded to your computer and printed. Registration is 100% online this year!

First: Please download all the forms that are under the heading that applies to you (New MV, Returning MV, or Leadership) and read them very carefully.

Second: Submit your ONLINE band camp registration (This is due FRIDAY, AUGUST 7th)

Third: Download your audition music, section welcome letter and any other documents available under your section's page. You will need a username and password to access these documents. If you haven't received an email with this information, you will need to contact Dave McKee. (If your music is not yet available, it will be within the next day or two!)

Fourth: Download the 2009 Band Camp Schedule and familiarize yourself with it. It's a busy week and we hope you'll have a great time!

Fifth: Read the Band Camp FAQ - we'll add more answers as we think of them!

If you have any questions about the Band Camp process that are not answered by the documents or FAQ, please email Dave McKee - he will be happy to help you out!

Finally - If you are an incoming freshman and coming to campus orientation, drop by and visit us in Squires Student Center so we can meet you! You can find Dave in 242F Squires Student Center.

Start reacquainting yourself with your instrument over the next month, submit your registration, and we'll see you in August for band camp with The Marching Virginians!
